Opening of the exhibition Dreams of a faucet. Design with the soul of water at Roca Gallery is an exhibition that explores the intermediary role of objects between humans and water. The show is curated by Héctor Serrano and Javier Esteban. MID is in charge of the technical direction, development and installation of the exhibition.
In 2009 the exhibition Dreams of a Faucet was co-produced in Madrid by Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid (CBA) and La Sociedad Estatal para el Desarrollo del Diseño y la Innovación (DDI). The exhibition is on loan at Roca Gallery Barcelona. The show in Madrid was structured around the installations the Well, the Square and the Spring. These installations, designed by MID, acted as a narrative focus. The current show at Roca Gallery in Barcelona is divided into three different narrative areas: Reinterpreting, Providing and Evolving.
Roca Barcelona Gallery is a space opened in 2009 and was designed by OAB (Office of Architecture in Barcelona).
